The State Apartments of Speaker's House tour

Order! Order! See where the Speaker of the House of Commons lives and conducts their official business outside of the Chamber. This guided tour offers you the unique opportunity see inside the incredible rooms and get up close to some of the magnificent artworks, including portraits of Speakers through the years.Your guide will share some lesser-known historical facts about the role of the Speaker - a role that has existed since 1377. You'll also see some suprising objects along they way and learn their origins and relationship to Parliament.

This guided tour is best-suited to those aged 16+ and lasts 75 minutes.

Some of the tour highlights include The Grand Staircase, The State Dining Room and The State Bedroom.
